Help our ladies grow physically, mentally and emotionally stronger so they can do their best at the hard work of recovery. Walk or run beside them as they train together to finish 5Ks and 10Ks.
These training sessions are led by our partners at Strides in Recovery, a local nonprofit organization which uses goal-oriented group walking/running to support addiction recovery.
